Hi there! I'm Aavanti!
I’m a marketer and visual designer based in Mumbai. I help founders, small teams, and growing brands get seen by blending behavioral insights with clean, purposeful design collaterals.
What I do: Brand Identity Design, Social Media Strategy, UGC Content Creation, Short-form video editing and Copywriting.
My Toolkit: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Affinity, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut and Canva.
My background: B.A. (Honours) in Economics & Psychology (University of Waterloo), Post-Graduate in Marketing (Welingkar Institute).
My Approach: Rooted in your brand's core identity. I design thoughtful, story-driven collateral tailored to not just look beautiful, but to actively convert.
My Background
How I got here When I was younger, I always wanted to be a teacher. While my career ambitions eventually shifted toward marketing and design, my core motivation remained constant: a desire to help others and create a positive impact.
Today, I view marketing through that same lens. By combining my academic background in Economics and Psychology, I apply the principles of behavioral economics to everyday marketing and brand strategies.
I don't just want to make things look pretty; I want to understand why people click, read, and engage, turning human psychology into compelling brand stories.
Off the Clock
Outside client work, I read a lot and share what I'm reading — quick notes on Goodreads and @the_aavanti_archives, longer reviews on my blog The Aavanti Archives (with a few NetGalley badges along the way).
Given my love for video games, I also sometimes stream a cosy game on Twitch @agscykoh, or sink hours into RPGs like Persona 3 Reload. Moreover, I love photography: I've travelled to 20+ countries and keep an eye out for small street moments and soft light — you'll find those on @agscykoh.jpg.
I am also a massive stationery addict. I love tactile, analog hobbies! Whether I am crafting handmade bookbinding inserts, organizing my commonplace journal, or pulling tarot cards. Along the way, I have amassed a serious sticker collection.
